PartnerI have been supporting entrepreneurs and public institutions in the area of European funds for more than 15 years. This allows me to smoothly navigate both the formalities of the grant-acquisition process and to draw the best conclusions from the projects implemented so far.
For more than 10 years I was engaged in analysing the profitability of EU-funded investments from a financial and social point of view and valued the socio-environmental effects of investments, including, in particular, transport investments. During this stage of my career, I served simultaneously as an expert on financial and economic analysis at the Center for EU Transport Projects, an expert on innovation at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development, and a member of the project evaluation committee of the Mazovian Unit for Implementation of EU Programs.
In recent years, I’ve been mainly involved in EU funding for startups and scaleups (Start‐up platforms for the new ideas, Fast Track, SMART Track) including, as part of heading the grant acquisition department at a technology company developing robotic process automation tools. Currently, in addition to adventure with Tax & Tech Kraft, I cooperate with one of the oldest innovation hubs in Poland as a Growth Hacker where I coordinate the organization of competitions for startups (entrepreneurs and scientists), and act as a mentor in accelerator programs.
Hundreds of conversations with business owners interested in obtaining grants primarily for R&D projects, particularly in the automation and robotics industry, have also confirmed that the best rule for working with clients on funding is to keep it simple. To be successful, both the financing rules and the project must be clear and understandable to all parties. That’s why I’ve turned years of experience in the EU funds industry into developing my method allowing both to communicate funding information in a simple and understandable way and to make a deep dive into details of clients’ projects.
Privately, in pursuit of my two sons, I try to implement the principle of work-life balance and still believe that another trip to Asia will extend for several years. In my spare time, I test the patience of trainers in crossfit classes (what is kind a visible at Tax&Tech Kraft website).
